Rapidly changing perspectives of many branches of the economy, resulting – among others – from global epidemiological and geopolitical threats, tightening regulatory requirements and the expansion of information technologies, increase a sense of uncertainty among entrepreneurs. In today's world, less and less is said about the threat of fires or hurricanes, and more and more about potential financial losses resulting from the conditioning of the new reality. Protecting against them is becoming an existential issue for a growing number of companies.
We are an insurance agent, authorised to represent leading general insurers and can arrange unique protection for business clients from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe using specialised insurance products.
Team
We are an experienced team representing the insurance and investment sector. We all have legal education and, in our professional careers, have held high managerial positions in financial institutions and insurance brokers. Thanks to our experience, we are a reliable partner for the world's largest insurers.
The work of the team is led by Rafał Sobolewski
Rafał completed his attorney's apprenticeship. From 2012, he was associated with the Aviva Group in Poland, initially as an employee of the Legal Department and then the Compliance and Internal Supervision Department. After leaving Aviva, he initiated the implementation of Title Insurance and W&I Insurance. He conducted substantive training for financial institutions, particularly on the subject of MiFID II. Professionally and privately, he is interested in commercial property and the M&A market in Europe.
