  1. This document defines rules of using the website located in the quadra.com.pl domain and processing of personal data obtained through it ("Website").

  2. The Website administrator is Quadra Underwriting Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw (00-893), Ogrodowa 31/54, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000916353, NIP: 5223208059 ("QUADRA").

  3. QUADRA takes special care to respect privacy on the Website.

§ 1 Website operation

 

  1. To use the Website, it is not necessary for the visitor's computer or other device to meet any specific technical conditions. The following are sufficient:
    a) Internet access,
    b) standard operating system,
    c) standard web browser, subject to paragraph 2 below.
  2. QUADRA makes every effort to ensure that the use of the Website is possible for Internet users with the use of all popular web browsers, operating systems and device types.
  3. The website is used to provide visitors with information about QUADRA
  4. Using the Website is free of charge.
  5. The website does not offer a possibility of registering an account and the website does not offer any products.

§ 2 Cookies and IP addresses

 

  1. When using the Website, information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.
  2. Navigational data may also be collected from visitors to the Website, including information about links in which they decide to click or other activities undertaken on the Website.
  3. As part of the operation of the Website, small files are used, the so-called “cookies”. They are saved by QUADRA on the end device of the person visiting the Website, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain it comes from, its "expiry time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file. Information collected using this type of files helps to adjust the Website to individual preferences and gives an opportunity to develop general statistics of visits
  4. QUADRA uses two types of cookies:
    a) Session cookies: after the end of a browser session or turning off the computer, saved information is removed from the device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow to collect any personal data or any confidential information from visitors' computers.
    b) Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the visitor's end device and remain there until they are deleted or expired. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow to collect any personal data or any confidential information from the visitor's computer.
  5. QUADRA uses its own cookies for the purposes of analysis and research as well as viewership audit, and in particular to create anonymous statistics.
  6. QUADRA uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous static data via Google Analytics analytical tools (external cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);
