Currently, we offer title insurance. It protects buyers, investors and financiers of commercial property against legal risks arising from the ownership, possession and use of land and buildings.

Typical risks covered by title insurance are:

• enforcement of third-party rights and restrictions,

• lack of planning, building and occupancy permits,

• zoning issues.

The insurance contract may be arranged for:
